We specialize in apartment and rental home repairs and "make-readies," consistently providing reliable, high-quality services to property management clients.

What You'll Do:

• Perform general maintenance, repair, and "make-ready" work efficiently and with high-quality craftsmanship.
• Handle tasks across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, carpentry, and general home repairs.
• Maintain clear communication with tenants and clients, providing updates and professional customer service.
• Take ownership of assigned jobs from scheduling and planning through completion, ensuring tasks are finished on time and to high standards.
• Work closely with our operations team to maintain accurate job records, material tracking, tool inventory, and reporting.
• Help refine and implement systems and checklists to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in residential maintenance and repairs.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of reliability.
• Strong communication skills—able to clearly update clients, tenants, and internal team members.
• Comfortable using digital tools and smartphone apps like Buildertrend (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
