Job summary

ARaymond maintains a clean, high-tech production environment and seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians, assure safety, and drive reliability across equipment. You will lead work orders, assign tasks, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and the Maintenance Manager to improve performance.

The role requires strong problem solving, documentation discipline, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical trade certification or post-secondary technical education preferred.
• Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience, including leading maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities to support production and equipment reliability.
• Manage the work order system and ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance and assign tasks based on skills and workload.
• Ensure MRO procedures are followed and inventory is used properly.
• Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
