Job summary

G.A. Richards Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance and repair of production equipment at our Grand Rapids facility. You will direct preventive/predictive maintenance programs and lead a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure uptime and safety.

The role requires college or technical training with 5+ years of relevant leadership experience. The position offers a day shift and competitive hourly pay in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• College or technical school and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience including leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and direct equipment preventive/predictive maintenance program.
• Assist staff with complex equipment problems or major equipment failures, repairs or overhauls.
• Establish means of responding to maintenance calls and set call/project priorities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
