Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for The Residences at Breckenridge in Hilliard, OH. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, collaborate with the Community Manager, manage budgets, and ensure top-notch building and grounds upkeep.

The role covers preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, make-ready scheduling, and after-hours support. Requires 3+ years in maintenance and EPA Type I & II certification, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• EPA Type I & II Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance activities.
• Ensure unit make-ready schedule meets expectations and budget.
• Manage maintenance supplies, inventory, and budget; snow removal.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Document maintenance activities and budget using Ackerman software.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance plans and vendor relationships.
• Participate in hiring and capital improvement planning.
