Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff, schedule workloads, and coordinate projects across Branson, Monett, and Barton County Hospitals and surrounding clinics. Proficiency in CMMS and strong communication are essential for ensuring regulatory compliance and uninterrupted healthcare operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preferred associate degree in Building Maintenance Technology or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 7 years of facility maintenance experience or 5 years with a related certification.
• Active Driver's License is required.
• STI Fire Stop Certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance with strong leadership to maintenance staff.
• Schedule maintenance staff to meet hospital department needs.
• Coordinate projects with multiple hospital departments and external contractors.
• Utilize CMMS to assign, edit, and close work orders.
• Oversee maintenance for CoxHealth Branson, Monett, and Barton County Hospitals and surrounding clinics.
