Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment and facility maintenance in our manufacturing and laundry plant. You will plan and assign daily work for technicians, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment, and coordinate outside contractors as needed to keep the plant running.

You will manage preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
