Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician.
• Excellent skills in carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.
• Great customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and groundskeepers.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Oversee unit rehabilitation and capital improvement projects.
• Perform and oversee resident service requests.
