Job summary

Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Perrine Village II, a 150-unit affordable community in Miami, FL. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, inspections, and ensuring all common areas and units are well-maintained.

The position requires 2–4 years in a supervisor/lead role, HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, and certification in EPA HVAC; pool experience and CPO are a plus. On-site work and on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
2–4 years direct experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician in an apartment community.
EPA I/II, Universal or HVAC certification required.
CPO Certification a plus; pool maintenance experience is a plus.
Thorough understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
Experience with preventative maintenance, vendor relations, and organizing work orders.
Experience with property management software a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance team to complete work orders, preventive maintenance, property upkeep and repairs.
Coordinate and complete resident work orders within 24 hours.
Complete regular community inspections.
Ensure market-ready apartments are prepared for move-in.
Perform on-call emergency service as required.
Monitor maintenance of mechanical equipment (water heaters, HVAC, etc.).
Maintain maintenance logs and property management software records.
Work with Property Manager on budget control log.
