Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Villa Hermosa, a 288‑unit community in Albuquerque, NM. You will lead the property maintenance efforts and supervise the maintenance team to ensure a safe, well‑maintained living environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of maintenance experience with strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills, and knowledge of HVAC systems. A valid driver's license and CPO certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents.
• Occasional on‑call duties.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
