Job summary

Coast Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Autumn Chase Apartments in Bothell, WA. The role is full-time with a $30.00/hour salary, reporting to the Community Manager, and managing a maintenance team to keep units ready and systems functioning.

You will supervise technicians, perform inspections, coordinate repairs, track the budget, and ensure landlord act compliance while keeping residents satisfied and safe.

Qualifications

• Supervisory responsibilities required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Familiar with electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• HVAC systems knowledge and appliances familiarity.
• Own and maintain your own tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to communicate with residents and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the maintenance team.
• Oversee apartment make-ready procedures.
• Make regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and major equipment.
• Make repairs or replacements as approved by the Community Manager.
• Assist in tracking maintenance budget.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Available or on-call for emergencies when assigned.
• Ensure compliance with the Washington State Residential Landlord & Tenant Act.
