Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, supervise maintenance mechanics, and coordinate daily tasks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with production and quality teams on improvements, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis while upholding safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced machine shop environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime. This role supervises maintenance mechanics, coordinates daily tasks and preventive maintenance, and addresses urgent repairs. The position works closely with production and quality teams to support equipment improvements, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, requiring strong technical skills and hands-on leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Direct, manage and train maintenance mechanics, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and repairs.

2.- Equipment Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system faults to minimize production disruptions.

3.- Preventive Maintenance

Oversee and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and longevity.

4.- Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades.

5.- Safety and Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a safe work environment.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

This position also performs other projects for the company as needed.
