You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, repair components, and ensure resident comfort and safety while upholding high standards of care and professional conduct.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly and buildings remain in good condition.
• Diagnose mechanical problems by checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Maintain and repair specialized equipment and machinery.
• Follow life safety plans and emergency management procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and keep grounds clean of debris.
