Holtec is seeking a Lead Maintenance Planner to develop comprehensive work packages for nuclear plant equipment and lead the Planning organization in day-to-day activities and long-range planning.

The role interfaces with Operations, Engineering, Scheduling, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure readiness and compliance. Candidates should have strong leadership, technical, and planning skills to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in engineering/related field.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, specs and vendor docs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations within a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed maintenance, repair, modification, testing, and troubleshooting plans for plant equipment.
• Lead planning teams, mentor junior planners, and coordinate work packages for readiness.
• Ensure compliance with station procedures and regulatory requirements while improving reliability and safety.
