Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in welding, fabrication, mechanics, basic construction, electrical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance.
• Experience in millwright work and hydraulics; strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Ability to manage maintenance across multiple facilities and coordinate projects and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of millwrights, providing direction, training, and support for safe, efficient work.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance projects across grain elevators and feed mills; ensure equipment runs safely.
• Operate equipment including forklifts, scales, augers, and loaders as needed to support operations.
• Assist other departments during peak demand seasons, including loading and unloading agronomy and grain products.
