Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a supervisor for the post processing team. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safe, efficient handling of concrete products.

You will prepare production schedules, monitor quality, and coordinate with production and customer service. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role at our Mansfield facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent training, experience, and education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Infor OS Cloud and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the post processing team.
• Train and coach team members on daily responsibilities and process changes.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to individuals.
• Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare daily production schedules and labels based on inventory and demand.
• Communicate schedule changes with production and customer service.
• Inspect product quality and adjust settings as needed.
• Perform machine setup and cleanup for product changes.
• Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Manager.
• Maintain accurate daily production reporting and schedule control reports.
• Perform maintenance tasks including troubleshooting and repair.
• Manage Mold Management system and lifecycle of all molds.
• Identify and recommend new mold purchases.
• Communicate issues related to schedule, materials, or delays with site leaders.
• Maintain historical records by filing documents.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
