Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience and ability to lead a maintenance team performing varied trades such as carpentry, masonry, painting, pipefitting, and related repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team performing pipefitting, carpentry, locksmith, masonry and painting maintenance repairs.
• Inspect and repair high/low pressure piping systems, boilers, pumps, valves and gauges from blueprints and specs.
• Oversee building construction, alterations, and repairs including walls, floors, doors, windows and finishes.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company policies while managing a crew.
