1st Jackpot Casino Tunica is seeking a Facilities Technician to support the maintenance teams across Hollywood Tunica and the 1st Jackpot property. You will assist with repairs, installations, and upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and exterior facilities.

The role requires reading and comprehending simple instructions, writing clear notes, and effective communication with colleagues and guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and notes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work safely in a maintenance environment.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to departmental and property policies regarding guest service and aesthetic standards.
• Support the Facilities Engineering team in maintenance and repair of guest rooms, public spaces, back of house and exterior facilities.
• Repairs and installations of wall coverings, flooring, painting, woodwork and drywall.
• Complete office build outs and room renovations.
• Upkeep of property decorations and cosmetics.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Prepares and inspects daily work forms.
• Routinely inspects lighting and addresses issues.
• Responds to maintenance requests and house calls.
• Maintains pool facilities as assigned.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and unsafe conditions are reported.

• Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service and aesthetic standards .
• Support the Facilities Engineer ing team in leading the maintenance and repair of all guest rooms , public space, back of house and exterior facilities at both Hollywood and 1 st Jackpot casinos . Includes; though not limited to:
• R epairs and installation of wall covering, flooring, painting, woodwork and drywall .
• Co mplete projects such as office build outs, room renovation, Etc.
• Upkeep of property decorations and cosmetics
• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Facilities Engineering Shop.
• Prepares and inspects daily work forms.
• Routinely inspects all lighting throughout the property, identifying potential problems, and resolving same .
• Responds to mainte nance requests and house calls.
• Maintains pool facilities as assigned.
• Ensures a maximum level of service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained .
• Follows Safety and S ecurity procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
