Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement fixes.
• Experience with motors, pumps, bearings, belts, gears, sensors, and wiring.
• Welding and fabrication skills for equipment repair.
• Calibration and testing to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and work order documentation.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to mentor less experienced maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems to identify root causes.
• Repair and replace faulty components such as motors, pumps, belts, and sensors.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed for equipment modifications.
• Calibrate and test equipment to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
• Uphold safety standards and participate in safety training and audits.
• Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff.
