Shift: 7:30a-4:00p at a 24/7 Continuous Operations Facility

What you'll do...

  • Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair production and facility equipment.
  • Lead and support maintenance personnel during your shift, spending 85% of your time on the floor.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and shift handovers to maintain maximum output.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing feedback and technical guidance.
  • Utilize SAP and other systems to track maintenance activities and generate reports.
  • Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

What you'll need...

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to train others.
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and OPS machinery (Thermoforming/Extrusion).
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and production software.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Preferred Experience:

  • Thermoforming or extrusion processing
  • Leading to LEAN (L2L) Maintenance Planning/Scheduling Tool
  • Prior training or supervisory experience
