Job summary

Holly Poultry, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III to lead maintenance tasks in our Baltimore-area facility.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, supervise technicians, and mentor junior staff while supporting safety and lean initiatives. Requirements include 5+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience, trade school or equivalent, PLC and CMMS experience, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience.
• Trade school or equivalent; Associates preferred.
• PLC/CMMS experience; ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot high-level mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Lead equipment rebuilds and major overhauls.
• Mentor Mechanic I & II technicians; assist with SOPs and lean initiatives.
• Support capital projects and equipment commissioning.
