Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee department targets and productivity; ensure daily production plan targets are met.
• Coach and discipline team members; provide positive feedback and development guidance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards; address non-conformances.
• Coordinate with Product Development for trials; ensure availability of equipment and materials.
• Establish hand-overs with shift managers to complete actions and resolve issues.
• Maintain MRP system for raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventories.
