Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA, seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance strategy across production lines and spacecraft testing facilities. You will develop and maintain preventative programs and ensure procedures support testing and builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience taking new design concepts through exploration, development and deployment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and use MS Excel and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction for maintenance programs and system reliability.
• Architect and implement maintenance frameworks and standards.
• Drive data-driven maintenance strategies and predictive maintenance initiatives.
• Manage critical infrastructure that directly impacts business continuity.
• Lead critical incident responses and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, contractors, and maintenance teams for equipment design and installation.
• Establish relationships with teams across the program.
• Manage local permit processes and spare parts budgets.
