DelMonte Hotel Group in Albany, NY is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to safeguard the proper functioning of hotel assets and lead the Engineering team to deliver dependable guest experiences. You will develop and execute preventative maintenance, coordinate schedules, and mentor staff in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other trades.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related engineering/maintenance experience.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and complete tasks independently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance of hotel assets and supervise Engineering staff.
• Review preventative maintenance results for key property areas.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for public spaces and guest rooms.
• Coordinate work assignments and keep records on work orders.
• Perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry as needed.
• Log readings from meters and communicate room status changes.
