Job summary

Location: Remote in the US

Responsibilities

• Leads teams in clearly defining, with the customer, the most complex requirements, deliverables, and timeframes. Escalates issues and makes recommendations to resolve them to the appropriate audience.
• Leads the most complex root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting IT Infrastructure.
• Leads the development and/or delivery of the most complex technical training in technical areas. Mentors less experienced team members in the execution of their duties.
• Leads the completion of the most complex project tasks to enable the on-time, within-budget, and within-scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.
• Ensures compliance with required standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience at an expert level with z/OS system and z/OS network experience.
• Well-versed in working with Disaster Recovery Migration.
• Able to work off-hours and weekends and handle scheduled, 24x7x365 on-call responsibilities.
• Experience working with vendors to resolve software and systems issues.
• Skilled at communicating with all levels of management.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply highly complex and technical concepts in a highly available environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
