Full-Time & Direct Hire Lead Machinist needed for Precision RF & Microwave Solutions!

In this role, you will lead a team of skilled machinists, oversee CNC programming, and drive production efficiency to meet mission-critical manufacturing demands.

Job Details
  • Lead and coordinate CNC machining operations to meet production deadlines.
  • Program and operate CNC mills and lathes with Mastercam.
  • Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize CNC machines and tooling.
  • Manage raw materials, tool inventory, and production scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and industry standards.
  • Train and mentor machinists to enhance technical skills and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience (Aerospace/Defense preferred).
  • Expertise in Mastercam programming (Required).
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprints, and material machining (Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, Phenolic).
  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work hands-on and train team members.
  • High school diploma/GED required; technical certifications a plus.

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr
