Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with focus on safety, quality and production targets.
• Train and coach team members on machine operation, safety, inspection and WI’s.
• Delegate tasks and provide performance feedback.
• Identify unsafe conditions and enforce PPE and safety policies.
• Operate test equipment and support quality control functions.
• Direct production activities to meet shift goals.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and promote 5S improvements.
