Lead Machine Operator - Medina, Ohio - JOB 25-01246

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Position Type: Permanent Position with Benefits

Located in Medina, Ohio, a manufacturer is seeking several Liquid Packaging Lead Machine Operators due to an increase in business.

Requirements:

1. High School diploma, GED, or higher education with at least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Previous experience operating a Liquid Packaging Machine is preferred.
3. Willingness to learn and adhere to GMPS Standards—Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure product quality and safety.
4. Training will be provided on operating and maintaining packaging equipment.
5. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, machine setup, packaging and product material preparation, machine operation, visual inspection, troubleshooting, minor adjustments, reporting issues, packing finished products, maintaining records, and preparing accurate documentation.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
