Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Plastic Industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of machine operating experience, including training or leading employees.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Perform equipment changeover, start-ups and shut-downs; conduct routine inspections and quality testing.
• Complete production records and follow SOPs to maximize productivity and product quality.
