AMD Distribution in Springdale, AR is seeking a Lead Machine Operator to run a Metal Building Lamination machine and perform warehouse tasks under the warehouse manager. This in-person, full-time role focuses on safety, quality, and on-time production.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in manufacturing, ability to read a tape measure, and basic math/computer skills. Salary is $22.00 per hour (DOE), with 40–45 hours weekly and a solid benefits package.
