About the Role:

As a Lead Machine Operator at Midwest Block and Brick, your responsibilities include:

• Safe operation and maintenance of sophisticated, computerized manufacturing machinery.
• Reporting all necessary information to the Plant Manager.
• Using equipment and tools according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitoring processes through various measurements to ensure quality production.
• Machine maintenance and setup.
• Cleaning machinery.
• Operating a forklift.

Minimum Requirements:
