Novolex in Florence, KY is seeking a Machine Adjuster to monitor packaging production lines and supervise Robo Techs, Machine Operators, and Utility personnel. Shifts run 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am, with a starting pay of $25-28 per hour.

You will assist in machine changeovers, quality checks, safety compliance, and daily production reporting, contributing to a fast-paced environment focused on GMP and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2-5+ years of Machine Operator experience.
• Must have good eyesight (no colorblindness) to spot flaws in color or print on bags/film.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first line supervisor for Robo Techs, Machine Operators, and Utility persons.
• Assign employees to production lines and ensure machines run on schedule and at production speed.
• Monitor bags for quality and take hourly samples to catch defects and waste.
• Assist in machine changeovers/order changes and ensure timely completion.
• Clean and repair machines as needed and maintain safety procedures.
