Bellevue Animal Hospital in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician to advance patient care, elevate team performance, and improve hospital efficiency. You will lead anesthesia, surgical and dental workflows, and mentor other technicians in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years veterinary technician experience.
• Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician in WA.
• Proficient in patient assessment, anesthesia induction, monitoring and recovery.
• Experience training team members and improving workflows.
• Strong client communication and SOP mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical and dental workflows.
• Calculate, prepare, and monitor anesthesia.
• Assist with surgical procedures and dental radiography.
• Provide patient care from induction through recovery.
• Mentor and support fellow technicians.
• Identify and improve team workflows.
• Build trust with clients through admissions and discharges.
