Responsibilities

• Lead LVN duties: identify urgent or routine referral needs and obtain proper authorization.
• Greet patients, verify demographics, insurance information and maintain accurate records.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures; document vitals, history and complaints.
• Coordinate referrals and home health services, including authorization and status tracking.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain clean exam rooms, collect samples and perform routine lab tasks.
• Lead Medical Assistants to improve patient flow and staffing as needed.
• Ensure age-specific and developmental care requirements are met.
