Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes.
• Document in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure implementation of care plans and administer medications.
• Supervise CNA staff for appropriate clinical care.

Education
