• Participates in implementing the Quality Improvement Program.
• Monitors patients using the Quality Life Manual.
• Notifies departments of patient changes, admissions and discharges.
• Delivers family and patient education.
• administers medications timely per facility policy.
• Administers treatments timely per facility policy.
• Receives, transcribes and carries out physician orders when allowed by Nurse Practice Act.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
