Job summary

52X Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 10–15 years of luxury residential experience to lead projects from concept through installation in New York. You will guide design development, space planning, and technical detailing while maintaining impeccable quality and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience coordinating with consultants and vendors, and a proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of luxury residential interior design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential work from concept to construction.
• Experience with construction documentation and management.
• Proficiency in FF&E detailing and custom detailing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases, including concept design, space planning, construction documentation, construction administration, and installation.
• Develop presentation materials, technical drawing sets, custom detailing, and FF&E packages for luxury residential projects.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and trades to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with firm leadership to ensure design excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
