The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping for JW Marriott Reston Station. This role oversees housekeeping operations, leads the team to achieve luxury standards, and coordinates with the Director of Housekeeping to support guest room and public area maintenance.

The position emphasizes leadership, inventory management, safety compliance, and collaboration with contractors to uphold Crescent’s premium service in a high-end hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Director of housekeeping to support maintenance programs for guest rooms and public areas
• Inspect VIP rooms, showrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure standards
• Monitor payroll and staffing reports; assist in preparing daily forecasts and action plans
• Order cleaning supplies and manage inventory to maintain par levels
• Oversee safety, security, and training; participate in the Safety Committee to foster a safe work environment
• Participate in staff meetings; assign tasks to housekeeping team and track progress
• Log found items and oversee lost-and-found procedures; respond to guest inquiries promptly
