Job summary

L.A. Build Corp, a full-service general construction company based in Woodland Hills, CA, seeks an experienced Construction Site Superintendent for projects in the Los Angeles area.

You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on site. The ideal candidate demonstrates proven leadership, strong project management, and proficiency with construction management software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan detailed project schedules and coordinate materials delivery.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect work for quality and maintain site documentation.
• Monitor budgets and costs and track changes to scope.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain site logs and prepare progress reports.
• Address unforeseen issues and adapt schedules.
