gpac is seeking an experienced Superintendent to coordinate and lead field operations on luxury residential projects in Maryland. The role involves managing high-end homes valued at $5M+ and delivering excellence in schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury residential construction, exceptional leadership, and a history of reliable project delivery across multiple phases in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing custom or luxury residential projects.
• Experience overseeing projects valued at $5M+.
• Strong ability to manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead construction projects through multiple phases simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, quality standards, and building processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Consistent employment history with a strong reputation for professionalism and accountability.
