Job summary

Jackson Creek Memory Care in Arkansas is seeking a PRN LPN/LVN to provide safe, quality nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, assessments, and documentation. You will supervise nursing assistants and communicate with physicians and families as needed.

Shifts are 8:00 am–4:30 pm or 11:00 pm–7:30 am, every other weekend, with holiday coverage; CPR certification required; license must be active. A shift differential applies to PRN hours.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, quality nursing care including medications and treatments.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Document care, assessments, and changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with physicians and families as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in QA activities.
