Christ Community Health Services in Memphis, TN is seeking an LPN Team Lead to provide hands-on nursing care, assist physicians, supervise fellow LPNs, and ensure smooth patient flow within a faith-based FQHC setting.

As a working lead, you will deliver daily direction, training, and competency validation, while maintaining nursing protocols, managing supplies, and supporting quality improvement efforts in a mission-driven clinic.

Qualificações

• LPN license in Tennessee is required.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Current BCLS certification.
• High school diploma with specialized nursing training.
• Ability to provide daily work direction and training to fellow LPNs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to patients and assist physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Serve as working lead for other LPNs, providing daily direction, training, and competency validation.
• Assist with patient testing, triage, and documenting care in the medical record.
• Maintain clinic efficiency by managing supplies, equipment, and daily room readiness.
• Support quality improvement activities and adherence to nursing protocols.
