Job summary
Morningside House of Spotsylvania in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Charge Nurse: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our memory care team. This role provides licensed nursing services to residents and may supervise other staff.

Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state.
- Diploma or Associate or Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications per Federal & State regulations.
- May supervise other staff positions in nursing.
- Complete admissions assessments and documentation.
- Complete service plans.
- Track clinical data (wounds, infection control) under director.
- Communicate health changes to physicians and families.
- Respond quickly to emergencies.
- Collaborate with team and attend trainings.
