Job summary

The Woodlands Health & Rehab Center in Clifton Forge, VA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise certified nursing assistants. The role involves coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure safe, quality resident care and participating in care planning and rounds.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing (Virginia).
• Two years of LPN experience preferred.
• CPR Healthcare Provider certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.
• Administer medications and ensure five rights of med administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize resident care.
• Participate in rounds and contribute to care plan updates.
