Job summary

Staffers is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our nursing team in Milwaukee. The role involves assessing resident needs, developing and following care plans, and delivering compassionate care across shifts.

You will supervise CNAs and other staff, document care accurately, and respond promptly to call lights. A current LPN license and relevant clinical experience are required to join a patient‑centered facility committed to quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in practicing state.
• Recent clinical experience in long-term care or hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and document care.
