Job summary

Haven Health Globe in Arizona is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work under the Director of Nursing to provide quality, holistic nursing care in a skilled setting. LPNs lead licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions as assigned.

The LPN will ensure compliance with nursing standards and health care regulations while supporting the care team in daily resident care, safety, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Active, non-probationary LPN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Background screening and licensure verification as required.
• Tuberculosis testing.
• Employee health screening after hire.
• Ability to move, lift and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Speak, read, write and understand English.
