Job summary

The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is seeking a talented and hardworking LPN to join our team. This facility features 158 beds with a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym and a commitment to high-quality resident care.

Hours include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am, with every other weekend required; salary up to $42 per hour and a competitive benefits package are offered in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State.
• Possess clinical knowledge and skill in nursing practices and regulatory standards.
• A team player, cooperative with co-workers of all disciplines.
• Able to communicate tactfully and effectively with physicians, supervisors, staff and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel assigned to a specific shift.
• Communicates and applies policies, practices, procedures, objectives, and goals necessary for attainment of excellent resident care.
