Job summary

The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Centre is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our team. The 158-bed facility features a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym and a commitment to patient dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include supervising shift staff, ensuring policy-compliant care, and maintaining medication safety. Shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am with every-other weekend required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State.
• Possess clinical knowledge and skill in nursing practices and regulatory standards.
• A team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to function under supervision or independently when needed.
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality of resident information.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel on a shift.
• Communicates and applies policies and goals for resident care.
• Ensures delivery of high-quality resident care.
• Maintains accurate medication handling and records.
