Peters Township Post Acute is a 140-bed facility in Canonsburg, PA. We are seeking an LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with all standards and delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and active LPN/LVN license.
• Current CPR certification; strong English reading/writing ability.
• Experience in a long-term care or nursing facility preferred; ability to supervise CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Direct day-to-day nursing functions and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Chart and document resident information accurately and timely.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
• Participate in staffing plans, train CNAs, and participate in quality assurance.
