Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Valid TN LPN license and CPR certification.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Documents resident conditions and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians’ orders promptly and accurately.
• Assigns nursing care based on resident needs and staff capabilities.
• Supervises nursing staff and CNAs.
• Administers medications and performs treatments per policy and regulations.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training.
• Ensures inventory and supplies are maintained and equipment is safe.
• Reports observations and coordinates with other departments.
