Job summary

Riverside Health System in Mathews, VA seeks an LPN to join the nursing team under supervision of an RN or Nursing Supervisor. You will help develop and maintain the plan of care, ensuring resident comfort, safety and dignity, and collaborating with team members to deliver quality care.

Responsibilities include administering meds per orders, delegating tasks to CNAs, building care plans, documenting changes, and protecting resident privacy. VA LPN license and CPR/BLS within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Virginia required, CPR/BLS certification within 30 days.
• Ability to follow physician orders and nursing care plans.
• Strong patient-care and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Medications and treatments administered accurately per orders.
• Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity in care delivery.
• Assign duties to CNAs and supervise care activities.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans; document changes.
